Garvit Lalawat brings over 5 years of experience as CFO, auditor and tax consultant. He leads a team of CFOs for various clients across textile, packaging, pharmaceuticals and logistic industries.
Garvit has actively handled full-fledged systems implementation, integration of operations, book closure assignments, compliance and financial advisory. Garvit is experienced in helping prepare clients go public or to acquire or be acquired.
Previously Garvit handled statutory audits, tax audits, finalisation of accounts and Income Tax assignments for Individual, Firm & Corporate clients.
He is an associate member of ICAI and has done his bachelor’s in Commerce from MLSU Udaipur.
